XI’AN SITAN INSTRUMENTS Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as XI’AN SITAN) was established in 1991 and is located in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The registered capital is 17.35 million US dollar, and there are more than 600 employees. The company's existing plant covers an area of over 20,000 square meters. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAIMO Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., covering the business of oilfield logging instruments(exploration and production), oilfield digital intelligent enhanced oil recovery (EOR) system, oilfield geophysical logging instruments, oilfield services. XI’AN SITAN has been established for more than 20 years, keep up with advanced technologies in the oil field of the world, adhere to the principle of “independent research and development, manufacturing in China”, and has a series of products with proprietary intellectual property rights such as intelligent enhanced oil recovery, well completion, well logging instruments and so on . So far, there are 216 patents of utility model，18 patents for invention and obtain a number of national innovation funds and national torch program projects. In 2011, XI’AN SITAN was awarded at the "state key high-tech enterprise" by the ministry of science and technology of China.
